It’s very simple, as a craftsman I hold myself to exacting standards & by asking for my client’s approval, at each of the key stages of their making, before proceeding to the next -that way there can’t be any unhappy or disappointed customers.

This close working relationship means that my clients get to see their commissions gestate through the various stages of their creation and gain an appreciation of what goes into their making.

It also means I get to know my clients which makes me work that bit harder for them and better able to provide the relevant advice and guidance to them. I can also offer the customisation option that retailers avoid doing as they want to sell the one they have in stock.

As a craftsman, I naturally love my work & find it rewarding in itself but the most rewarding benefit is the encouraging feedback & appreciation I get from my clients.
